Led 760 employees across a full value chain from sourcing to retail.
Expanded operations in USA, Nigeria, Kenya, and other African markets.
Repositioned brands (Vlisco, Woodin, GTP) and relaunched retail fashion business.

Grew revenues from €100K to €11M in just 3 years.
Expanded business into 5 West African markets.

Relaunched Dano brand → market share rose from 9% to 17% in Nigeria.
